there wont be a day where i take the MRT and not see people [especially the ladies] putting their whole handbags on the ezlink sensing machine.. personally i find it quite retarded cause first of all, it's a WHOLE damn HANDBAG. sometimes it's even a backpack. *rolls eyes* if it gets sensed, fine. which brings me to the second point cause there would surely be times where it wasnt sensed and results in the barriers refusing to open.. it's damn fucking irritating, especially when it's peak hour where there are lots of people milling around the ticketing machine and to join another queue means cutting.. normal sensible people would then open their bag and take out their card to tap and lessen the amount of trouble. however, these people just obstinately continue shoving their bags, turning it this way and that, hoping that the card would be sensed. how dumb is it?? if it cant be sensed the first time, do you know that it kinda means that there are just alot of stuff inside? you would probably have lesser hassle taking it out to tap than trying to play bingo with your bag..
